Disco Days | July school holidays

Art and Play activities for children and families are coming to the Slim Dusty Centre these school holidays!

Come along and join the fun at Disco Days!

Step into the sparkle of the 70s and create your own textile art collage.

Using recycled materials sourced from preloved dance costumes and fabric scraps, you will create your own unique wall art to brighten and bedazzle your home.

Two workshops are available – choose the date that suits you best:

• Wednesday 9 July | 10:30am – 12:30pm
• Thursday 10 July | 10:30am – 12:30pm

We're incredibly fortunate to host these sessions at the Slim Dusty Centre free of charge, thanks to a student from the University of Southern Queensland. As part of their placement program, they’re generously facilitating these workshops at no cost to the centre or participants.
